Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the United States, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Q: Where is my order confirmation?
You should receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s still missing, please contact us so we can verify your email address and resend the confirmation.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
We try to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
Since we sell fragile items such as lamps, vases, and decor, we take extra care in packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Q: Do the planters come with plants?
No, our planters and vases are sold as stand-alone decor pieces. Any plants or flowers shown in product images are for styling purposes only.
