Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us first. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can review the issue and resolve it. Since we sell fragile items such as lamps, vases, and lighting decor, we may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to help process your claim quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (such as personalized or special-order items). If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
